I lost my old blog database , so all the informations are gone 
I’m very sad …
I used a free web hosting and i think that might be the reason … also i’ve lost my gmail account ( hacked ) .
I buyed now a payd webhosting ( 20 GB Space , 300 GB Bandwidth ) and i hope i will write more .
